I have had the pleasure of working with Paul International to help secure my client lending on a project as an overseas buyer. The most immediate benefit is how knowledgeable they are on the process and more importantly how good they are with follow up and due diligence. With just one referral as a starting point I have received the best service of any consultant I have ever worked with. They do not simply rely on clients to take up the reigns and be proactive in seeking out their documents, they constantly remind and refresh with weekly updates what is outstanding and what needs to be done to be able to secure the best options for the client. Service from that perspective is beyond reproach and should be used as the standard for any other consultant to aim for. It’s great not having to worry about what stage the client is at and whether or not his are being looked after!

Obviously, Comparing with I am working with, Paul International has absolutely strength in assisting foreign investors including Chinese investors, especially from the perspective of flexibility. Your network of large or small is also amazing and it is seems that you always have plan B. If one lender refuse to take the case, you will find other lender soon, very impressive. The requirements explained by Paul International are also clear and easy to obtain. The staffs I am working with are all very good, knowleadgeable Jochen Koppers, and Jennifer who is always willing to help and very very diligent. All and all, working with Paul International is a good experience for me. We will have more clients for you in the future.
